Hello guys! You’ve probably wondered till now, who am I?
My name is Thedore. I am a student of Medicine, currently on the 6th and final grade. Although I love Medicine, I prefer to see everything as “skillsets” and I’ll explain why. I love travels, learning, meeting new people, having meaningful conversations, improving the life of others (and mine ofcourse), science, experimenting, and living with purpose and passion.
I have to admit that in my past life, 5 years ago+ (seems like a totally different lifetime to me…), I was a videogames addict, overweight and without real life, or real, meaningful friendships (especially NOT with girls), who could understand me, listen to me, or make meaningful conversations.
But eventually, at some point I EXPLODED. I couldn’t stand my self any more. I reached a point where I couldn’t keep compromising with my Life. It was a point where I said “That’s enough!” and degree by degree, day by day, I had my direction shifted by 180degrees. Below I explain what happened.
My life is too short to make big compromises. I have a fatal disease that can’t be cured and eventually will catch up on me and kill me. No human ever survived from it: it’s called Death. And my time on Earth is limited.
Now, I love reading and exploring the vast knowledge of this world and how it can be applied to better the lives of all on this spaceship, called Earth 🙂
So, in those past 5 years my whole life completely changed after long and hard work. Work that was also the most fulfilling and exciting I’ve ever done (and still do). It was both inner and outer work.
The question that changed my life
In my past life, between my endless hours of gaming, I had some mini breaks that I was just surfing on the internet. Someday I found one question that stuck me the most, which truly and deeply changed the way I see the world:
“Imagine going on an ideal University, where you’d have the freedom to learn the things that interest you the most and then be able to connect the dots between some of these courses and create your own unique career. What would you want these Courses and Classes to be? What would you like to study endlessly, just out of curiosity and for the sake of it? What you wouldn’t mind if there were tests and exams on? This is Life University.”
This whole topic of Never Ending Self-Education created an initial spark inside me that turned into a bright, warm, big fire that burns ever since..
Immediately, many topics and unanswered questions popped up inside my head. It was like all the pressure of my actual University and life’s problems disappeared for some moments and the world got brighter…
I searched topics I had never searched before, and dived into bookstores, libraries, books, videos, blogs and articles, just for the fun and energy of it. Not because I was targeting on making money, or building a career in the future, or whatever. Just out of pure curiosity, interest, passion, excitement and fun.
After some weeks I had created and signed up in my own Life University.
My Life University
It contained whatever class I truly loved learning about and researching on. These classes included:
- Brain and how it works
- Learning mechanics
- Reading and
- other techniques on improving my whole learning skillset
- Positive Psychology
- Western and Eastern philosophies (religions, history, myths and much more on that)
- Human Nature and Biology
- Social dynamics
- Pick up Art
- Psychology of Motivation
- Psychology of Confidence
- Neuro Linguistic Programming
- Language Acquisition
- Communication skills
- Medicine, Physiology and Pathology
- Overall Health Vitality and Energy
- Fitness and Exercise
- Nutrition and Weight Loss methods
- Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, jiu-jitsu) and Yoga

- Latin Dancing
- Music, piano and guitar
- 3D Modeling (ie 3ds max)
- Mind and Brain boosting foods and exercises
- Start ups and entepreneurship
- Productivity hacks and Time management
- Overall Self Development
- and more;
And the list keeps growing and will KEEP growing in the next decades.
My latest additions:
- Writing skills and different forms of writing
- Emotional Intelligence, Mastery and Training
- Coaching + the psychology of it
- Story creating and Storytelling
- Public Speaking skills
And the list goes on and on.
Once I asked this question to myself, and KEEP REPEATING IT, my brain started pointing me the direction I want to go.
The fun thing about it is that I can truly keep learning non-stop on these fields, because they really excite me and light my heart on fire, and they now are interconnected for me, so there is little distinction between what I learn about my Body and what I learn about Social Dynamics, Productivity, or Team Culture…
I can now see the inter-connectedness of whatever happens how it ripples across one’s whole life.
The fun thing is that now I learn FAST, especially if something pulls my attention and gives me purpose 🙂 And I love it.
So I began building this platform of NeuroSelfMastery.com the spring of 2012 and I keep building it bit by bit ever since because I want to get the knowledge I have acquired these past 5+ years out to the world and help in any way I possibly can, and be able to build a Brand, and a Culture of never-ending learning and improvement around it. A brand that will really resonate with who I really am.
My contribution / legacy dream is to be able to really help and motivate (=setting on motion) every person that is ready for a life change, to build the life and career of his dreams and me being able in the future to build real, physical, Life Universities and Schools with stronger culture, purpose and interesting/useful classes, contributing to the development of the new era of “Jedi”, the more complete and intellectually evolved human beings.
My career dream is to connect Medicine, Psychiatry, Neurosciences and many the above fields I love with Life Coaching and build my own career that will fulfill me and make me jump out of bed every morning like a little, naive boy on a Christmas morning jumping to see what Santa has brought him. 🙂
I firmly believe in the following quote with my whole heart:
“The greatest achievement is selflessness.
The greatest worth is self-mastery.
The greatest quality is seeking to serve others.
The greatest precept is continual awareness.
The greatest medicine is the emptiness of everything.
The greatest action is not conforming with the worlds ways.
The greatest magic is transmuting the passions.
The greatest generosity is non-attachment.
The greatest goodness is a peaceful mind.
The greatest patience is humility.
The greatest effort is not concerned with results.
The greatest meditation is a mind that lets go.
The greatest wisdom is seeing through appearances.”
Disclaimer!! WE ARE HUMANS! We are not perfect and We are all on a Journey. We make mistakes and often We get off track. That’s natural, and we should give ourselves -and others- the permission to be human. As long as we keep getting back up, and trying again and again, no matter how many times we fall, then we will be the champions. 🙂
So, Lets get moving!
Please Enjoy my work and Share the goodness as much as you can! 🙂
